  7. Question 7 sur 20

A workbook has a named range called Rates. What is the quickest way to select it?
    Voir la réponse

Réponse: A. Choose Rates from the Name Box list

A cell contains a hyperlink to a supplier website. You want to keep the text but remove the link. What should you do?
    Voir la réponse

Réponse: C. Right-click it and choose Remove Hyperlink

Which view shows blue lines where each printed page will break, so you can drag them?
    Voir la réponse

    Réponse: B. Page Break Preview

    Voir la réponse

Réponse: C. Only the active sheet, as plain text without formatting

A CSV file holds one sheet of plain text values. Excel saves only the active sheet and drops formatting.

  17. Question 17 sur 20

You must send a schedule that should look the same on any computer and not be easy to edit. Which format fits best?
    Voir la réponse

    Réponse: D. PDF

Saving or exporting as PDF keeps the printed layout and is not edited like a workbook. CSV and text files lose the layout.

  18. Question 18 sur 20

What is the path to run the Document Inspector in Excel?
    Voir la réponse

Réponse: A. File > Info > Check for Issues > Inspect Document

  19. Question 19 sur 20

Why does Microsoft advise running the Document Inspector on a copy of the workbook?
    Voir la réponse

Réponse: D. Removed items may not be recoverable, even with Undo

Content that the inspector removes might not come back with Undo, so keep the original and inspect a copy.

  20. Question 20 sur 20

You want a co-worker to answer a question you left on cell D8, with replies kept together. What should you add?
    Voir la réponse
