Häufig gestellte Fragen

Does this course replace my state guard training?

No. Many states license security officers and set their own training. This course is background knowledge only.

When should I stop trying to de-escalate?

When violence seems about to happen, or the situation is beyond your ability. Remove yourself, get to safety and call 911 or your backup.

What if someone talks about suicide?
