Practise for the Swedish car theory test (kunskapsprov) for a category B licence. The real test has 70 multiple-choice questions, of which 65 count, and you need 52 points in 50 minutes to pass.   • The B theory test is translated into 15 languages, including English, and you can apply to take it with an interpreter.
  • The theory test costs 420 SEK on weekdays and 520 SEK after 18:00 and at weekends. Cancel at least 24 hours before to get the fee back.
  • You can get a category B licence at 18 and practise from 16 with a learner's permit (körkortstillstånd), which is valid for five years.
  • New drivers have a two-year probationary period (prövotid). If the licence is revoked for something that happened then, you need a new permit and new tests.
