Domande frequenti

Yukon's OHS regulations require written and verbal instructions from your employer. They do not name a certificate. Your employer or the project owner may require a recognized course. This course is background knowledge only and is not that training.
Can a security guard direct traffic on a Yukon road?
Only as an assigned worker at a work zone, with the required instructions and gear, or when police ask for help. A guard is not a peace officer and has no general power to stop traffic.

Level 1 apparel in bright or fluorescent yellow, lime green, red or orange, with retro-reflective trim at least 5 cm wide, plus high-visibility headwear.
Who do I call about an unsafe work zone in Yukon?
