The police ask a CCTV operator to secretly follow a named person over several days as part of a planned investigation. What should the operator check?
    Ver respuesta

Respuesta: A. That a valid RIPA authorisation is in place

Does an operator need RIPA authorisation to follow a person who has just committed a crime in view of the camera?
