Quebec Food Hygiene and Safety Practice Test 2026

Quebec's mandatory food hygiene and safety training requires every food establishment to have at least one person with the 12-hour manager certificate, and staff who prepare food can earn the 6-hour food handler certificate. Under the 10% option, enough trained staff means the manager need not be on site at all times. Both courses end with an open-book exam with a 60% pass mark, and certificates are valid for life. Practice test 1 covers Quebec rules; the other sets cover food safety basics across Canada.
