How this mock exam works

Each attempt draws 40 questions at random from all 100 questions for this test, so no two attempts are the same.

The official test has these parts:

  • One 90-minute section with no breaks
  • Content: about 40% life science, 40% physical science and 20% Earth and space science
  • Question types: multiple choice, drag and drop, fill-in-the-blank, select an area (hot spot) and drop-down

At the end you see your score, every answer and its explanation. Your best score is saved in this browser, so you can try again until you pass comfortably.
