How this mock exam works

Each attempt draws 40 questions at random from all 84 questions for this test, so no two attempts are the same.

The official test has these parts:

  • Compréhension écrite (reading): 40 multiple-choice questions, 60 minutes
  • Compréhension orale (listening): 40 multiple-choice questions, 40 minutes
  • Expression écrite (writing): Section A (80 words minimum, 25 minutes) and Section B (200 words minimum, 35 minutes)
  • Expression orale (speaking): Section A (5 minutes) and Section B (10 minutes), face to face with an examiner

At the end you see your score, every answer and its explanation. Your best score is saved in this browser, so you can try again until you pass comfortably.
